Marketing Specialist

We’re Hiring - Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Stockholm office!

We’re looking for you—an upbeat, polite-but-firm Marketing Specialist who brings offline hustle, event planning flair, and digital precision all in one.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Partnering up with Division Managers and our partners to keep operations smooth and campaigns on point.

· Owning regional marketing goals.

· Planning and executing eye-catching exhibitions, engaging roadshows, fun giveaways, and memorable promotions.

· Managing social media calendars, video editing, and web content with a sharp eye and smart tools.

· Overseeing GDPR compliance and keeping our email marketing on track.

· Designing and coordinating promotional materials—visual storytelling meets strategic branding.

· Taking the reins on the marketing budget—spending smart, with impact in mind.

Who You Are:

· Polite and respectful, but not afraid to say no when it matters.

· Creative and solution-oriented—you find new paths where others see dead ends.

· Naturally outgoing, with a collaborative mindset and a love for face-to-face interaction.

· Sharp with numbers and budgeting.

· Detail-driven—you notice the small things that make a big difference.

· Experienced in offline marketing and event planning.

· Ready to travel—around 1/3 of your year will be on the road.

Additional requirements:

· 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

· Fluent in Swedish and English (C1 or above) – you communicate clearly and confidently in both languages.

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
